About your NALS system

What exactly do I receive?

One personalized audio system built around a single focus area you choose: a pre-sleep track and a daytime track, both created from your intake and recorded in your own voice. You also receive the 3-month Rest · Notice · Know merch journey: the products are free, you just pay shipping.

Do I pay anything for the merch journey?

Only shipping: $5.99 a month for 3 months (U.S. addresses), and then it stops on its own. The products themselves are free for NALS clients. You can cancel anytime.

Can I get a refund on my NALS system?

Yes, within 3 days of your payment, for any reason: just email hello@nals.io. After 3 days the work of building your system has started, so it’s non-refundable. Full details are on the Returns & Refunds page.

I live outside the U.S. Can I join?

Yes. Your NALS system is digital, so it works anywhere in the world. Merch currently ships to U.S. addresses only.

Is this therapy?

No. NALS isn’t therapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional mental health care. It’s a wonderful addition to the support you already have. If you’re dealing with a clinical condition, please work with a licensed professional.

Is this meditation?

Not exactly. You don’t have to sit still or clear your mind. It’s built to fit into the routine you already have.

Why my own voice?

Because the truth lands differently when it comes from you. It isn’t a stranger reading a script.

Why only one focus area?

Because trying to fix everything at once keeps people stuck. One area, done well, creates momentum for the next.

Why only 12 people a month?

Every system is built by hand. Capping it means each person gets real attention.

Merch & subscriptions

How do the monthly merch plans work?

Pick a plan and your size on the Shop page. Each month a new NALS piece is printed just for you and shipped to your door. Shipping is included in the monthly price.

How do I cancel?

Anytime. In PayPal go to Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments, choose NALS, and cancel. Or email hello@nals.io and I’ll cancel it for you. Cancelling stops all future charges.

How does sizing work?

Tees are a unisex fit (Bella+Canvas 3001) and run true to size. Between sizes? Go one size up for a relaxed fit. Every piece is printed to order, so we can’t take returns for the wrong size. Not sure? Email me before you order.

How long does shipping take?

About 2–5 business days to print and 3–8 business days to arrive, so most orders arrive in 1–2 weeks. You’ll get tracking by email when it ships.

Where do you ship?

Merch ships to U.S. addresses for now. International shipping is coming.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Email a photo to hello@nals.io within 30 days. You’ll get a free replacement or a full refund, and you don’t need to send it back.

Can I change my size or colors later?

Yes. Email hello@nals.io before your next monthly charge and I’ll update it.

Why are some designs censored?

Some of the funny ones say what we’ve all thought. The asterisk keeps them wearable in more places, and people still get the point.
