Who we are

NALS (nals.io) is created and run by Matthew F. Stevens in Mesa, Arizona. Contact: hello@nals.io.

What NALS is, and what it isn’t

NALS provides personal-growth audio and related products. NALS is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or addiction treatment, and it doesn’t diagnose or treat any condition. It isn’t a substitute for professional help. Results vary from person to person, and stories shared on this site are individual experiences, not promises.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a NALS program or subscription.

Your NALS program

• Your audio is created for you personally. It’s for your own use; please don’t resell or publicly share it.
• What you share in your intake is used to build your system and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Delivery timing depends on when your intake is complete; we’ll keep you posted by email.

Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Payments are processed by PayPal. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel (or, for limited plans, until the last payment). See Returns & Refunds and Shipping for the details.

Our content

The words, designs, audio, and images on nals.io and on NALS products belong to NALS. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without permission.

Limits

We do our best to keep the site accurate and working, but it’s provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, NALS isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
